Full Title | Parkview

Parkview Phase 2 consists of 51 full title stands, which can be purchased with an accompanying building package. The stands average 400 – 420m2, and the houses are between 120 and 230m2. We are now selling land and building packages in phase 2 starting from R986 000 to R1 400 000.

Because there is such a high demand for land and building packages at this stage and we only have a limited amount of stands available for sale, we will be doing credit checks before we proceed with the signing of the land and building contracts.

Building loan processes are extremely intricate and time costly, if credit is not willing to assist due to negative buro result we won’t be able to secure a bond over the property and will therefore not be signing an offer to purchase with you.
